Introduction

jilix7 ("jilix7," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all individuals who access and use the jilix7 platform at jilix7.cam (the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how jilix7 collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal data in connection with the provision of our online casino and sports betting services to players in the Republic of the Philippines.

This Policy is issued in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173, or "DPA"), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC). Data Controller

For the purposes of the Philippine Data Privacy Act, jilix7 is the Personal Information Controller (PIC) in respect of the personal data of registered players and visitors to the Platform. jilix7 determines the purposes and means of processing personal data collected through the Platform.

4.1 Direct Collection

Data you provide directly when registering a jilix7 account, completing KYC verification, making a deposit or withdrawal, contacting our support team, or participating in promotions. This includes information entered into registration forms, KYC upload portals, and support channels.

• Account Registration and Management: Creating and maintaining your jilix7 player account, including authentication, password recovery, and account settings management.
• Identity Verification (KYC): Verifying your identity and age in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations and anti-money laundering obligations, including verification that you are at least 21 years of age.
• Payment Processing: Processing deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya, Philippine banks, and other supported payment methods, including PHP currency management.

• Regulatory Compliance: Meeting jilix7's obligations under the Philippine Data Privacy Act, PAGCOR regulations, the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), and other applicable Philippine laws.
• Marketing Communications: Sending promotional offers, bonus notifications, and platform updates to players who have opted in to receive marketing communications. You may opt out at any time.
• Platform Improvement: Analyzing usage patterns and player behavior to improve the Platform's features, performance, and user experience.

Legal Bases for Processing

jilix7 processes personal data on the following legal bases as recognized under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012:

• Consent: Where you have given specific, informed, and freely given consent to the processing of your personal data for a particular purpose — for example, when opting in to marketing communications. Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
• Contractual Necessity: Where processing is necessary for the performance of the contract between you and jilix7 — specifically, the provision of gaming services under the jilix7 Terms & Conditions. This includes account registration, payment processing, and game delivery.
• Legal Obligation: Where processing is required for jilix7 to comply with a legal obligation under Philippine law, including KYC verification requirements, AMLA transaction monitoring, and data retention obligations under applicable gaming regulations.
• Legitimate Interests: Where processing is necessary for jilix7's legitimate interests — including fraud prevention, platform security, and the improvement of our services — provided those interests are not overridden by your fundamental rights and freedoms.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

jilix7 does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties for their independent marketing or commercial purposes. Personal data is shared only in the following limited circumstances:

7.1 Service Providers

jilix7 engages third-party service providers who process personal data on our behalf as Personal Information Processors (PIPs) under the DPA. These include: KYC and identity verification providers; payment processors including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, and Metrobank; game technology providers and platform infrastructure operators; fraud detection and risk management service providers; and customer support technology providers. All PIPs are subject to binding data processing agreements that require them to process personal data solely on jilix7's instructions and to maintain appropriate security measures.

7.2 Regulatory and Law Enforcement Authorities

jilix7 may disclose personal data to Philippine regulatory authorities (including PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council) and to law enforcement agencies where disclosure is required or permitted by applicable Philippine law, including in response to a valid legal process, court order, or regulatory request.

7.3 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of all or a portion of jilix7's business assets, personal data held by jilix7 may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of that transaction, subject to the acquirer assuming jilix7's obligations under this Policy and applicable law.

International Data Transfers

Certain jilix7 service providers — including game technology providers and cloud infrastructure operators — may be located outside the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred to recipients in other countries, jilix7 ensures that such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards in accordance with the DPA and NPC regulations, which may include: standard contractual clauses approved by the NPC; the recipient country's recognition by the NPC as providing an adequate level of data protection; or the recipient's binding corporate rules or equivalent mechanisms.

jilix7 will not transfer personal data to a jurisdiction that does not provide an adequate level of protection for personal data without first obtaining your explicit consent or ensuring that a legally recognized transfer mechanism is in place.

Data Retention

jilix7 retains personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, or for the minimum period required by applicable Philippine law, whichever is longer. The following general retention periods apply:

• Account and Identity Data: Retained for the duration of your active jilix7 account plus a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with Philippine AML record-keeping obligations under the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
• Financial Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, in compliance with AMLA and applicable tax law requirements.
• KYC Documents: Retained for the duration of the account relationship plus five (5) years following account closure.
• Gaming Activity Data: Retained for five (5) years, or longer where required for ongoing dispute resolution or regulatory purposes.
• Technical and Usage Data: Retained for up to twelve (12) months from the date of collection, unless retained longer for security investigation purposes.
• Marketing Preferences: Retained until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe, plus a reasonable period to record the withdrawal.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data will be securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with jilix7's data destruction protocols.

As a data subject under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights in respect of your personal data held by jilix7:

• Right to be Informed: The right to be informed about the personal data being collected, the purposes of collection, and how your data will be used — as set out in this Privacy Policy.
• Right to Access: The right to obtain confirmation of whether jilix7 holds personal data about you and to receive a copy of that data, together with information about how it is being processed.
• Right to Rectification: The right to request correction of inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated personal data held by jilix7 about you.
• Right to Erasure or Blocking: The right to request deletion or blocking of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, where consent has been withdrawn, or where the data has been unlawfully processed — subject to jilix7's legal retention obligations.

• Right to Lodge a Complaint: The right to lodge a complaint with the Philippine National Privacy Commission (NPC) if you believe jilix7 has processed your personal data in violation of the DPA.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact jilix7's Data Protection Officer using the contact details in Section 15. jilix7 will respond to valid data rights requests within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt, or within the timeframe prescribed by the NPC for the specific right being exercised.

Security Measures

jilix7 implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, accidental loss, destruction, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include, but are not limited to:

• 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit between your device and jilix7's servers;
• Encryption at rest for stored personal data, including financial records and KYC documents;
• Cryptographic hashing of account credentials — passwords are never stored in plain text;
• Role-based access controls limiting internal access to personal data to authorized personnel on a strict need-to-know basis;
• Multi-factor authentication for internal systems that process player personal data;
• Regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing;
• Incident response procedures aligned with NPC notification requirements for personal data breaches.

In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in harm to affected players, jilix7 will notify the NPC within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of the breach, and will notify affected players without undue delay in accordance with NPC guidelines.

Children and Minors

The jilix7 Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 years and above, in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations. jilix7 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. The Platform implements age verification measures as part of the account registration and KYC process to enforce this restriction.

If jilix7 becomes aware that it has collected personal data from an individual under the age of 21, it will immediately suspend the relevant account and take steps to delete or anonymize all associated personal data in accordance with the DPA. If you believe that an underage individual has registered an account on jilix7, please contact our support team immediately.

21+ Only   This requirement applies to all jilix7 account holders without exception.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

jilix7 reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, new legal or regulatory requirements, or improvements to the Platform. The most current version of this Policy will always be accessible at jilix7.cam/privacy-policy.

Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or jilix7's data processing activities — jilix7 will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the revised Policy takes effect. For non-material changes, such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Policy, the updated Policy will take effect upon publication.

The effective date at the top of this Policy reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the jilix7 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.

jilix7 will acknowledge all data rights requests within five (5) business days and aims to resolve them within thirty (30) calendar days. In the case of complex requests, jilix7 may extend this period by a further thirty (30) days, in which case we will notify you of the extension and the reason for it.

If you are dissatisfied with jilix7's response to a privacy complaint or data rights request, you have the right to escalate your complaint to the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.
