Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jilix7 ("jilix7," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jilix7.cam (the "Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Platform, including all games, services, features, and content made available through it.

By accessing the jilix7 Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the Platform. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old.

2.2 Residency and Jurisdiction

The jilix7 Platform is operated for and targeted at residents of the Republic of the Philippines. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from within the Philippines and that online gaming is not prohibited in your location. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful under the laws applicable to you.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the jilix7 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether for the purpose of circumventing bonus restrictions, exploiting promotional offers, or any other reason — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jilix7 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and confiscate any funds or winnings associated with them.

2.4 Accurate Registration Information

Providing false or misleading registration information — including a false name, date of birth, or contact details — is grounds for immediate account suspension and potential legal action.

jilix7 reserves the right to conduct re-verification of existing accounts at any time in response to regulatory requirements, suspicious activity, or changes in a player's account behavior. Failure to comply with a re-verification request within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Currency

All player account balances, deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals on the jilix7 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise expressly stated. jilix7 does not impose currency conversion fees for PHP transactions.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash, Maya, and Coins.ph are typically credited to your jilix7 account within seconds of confirmation by the payment provider. Bank transfers may take one (1) to five (5) minutes depending on the sending institution's processing speed. jilix7 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be held for review. jilix7 aims to process approved withdrawals within the following timeframes from the moment of approval:

• GCash and Maya: 5 to 30 minutes
• BPI, BDO, UnionBank, and Metrobank: 30 minutes to 4 hours
• USDT TRC20: 10 to 30 minutes (subject to blockchain confirmation times)

Withdrawals may be delayed in cases where additional verification is required, where the withdrawal request is flagged for anti-money laundering review, or where the Platform is undergoing scheduled maintenance. jilix7 will communicate any material delays to the affected player.

4.5 Refusal of Withdrawal

jilix7 reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal request if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, violation of these Terms, or where verification documents have not been satisfactorily provided. In such cases, jilix7 will inform the player of the reason for the refusal or delay to the extent permitted by law.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 General Bonus Terms

jilix7 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, deposit match offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All such promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page, which form part of these Terms by reference.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, bonus funds credited to a jilix7 account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotion's terms and conditions at the time of the offer.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

jilix7 prohibits bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, exploiting promotion terms in ways not intended by jilix7, placing bets that do not constitute genuine gaming activity solely for the purpose of meeting wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes. Where bonus abuse is identified, jilix7 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend the account.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses are subject to an expiry period stated in their specific terms. Bonus funds not used within the applicable expiry period will be automatically forfeited without notice. It is the player's responsibility to review and understand the expiry terms of each bonus before claiming it.

Game Rules and Fair Play

Each game available on the jilix7 Platform is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game on jilix7, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

6.1 Random Number Generation

The outcomes of all non-live games on the jilix7 Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. 6.2 Live Dealer Games

6.3 Void Bets

Prohibited Conduct

Players accessing the jilix7 Platform are prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or place bets on your behalf without jilix7's prior written consent;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to obtain winnings or credits;
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent activity, including using stolen payment credentials or providing false identification;
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform as a vehicle to process proceeds of unlawful activity;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jilix7 employees, contractors, or other players;
• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any content from the Platform without jilix7's express written authorization;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

Engaging in prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds in the account, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence under Philippine law.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by jilix7

jilix7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: violation of these Terms; suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age; or at jilix7's sole discretion where continued operation of the account is deemed contrary to the platform's integrity or compliance obligations.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation involving fraud or misconduct, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where closure is for other reasons, any verified, unencumbered balance will be returned to the player through their registered payment method following completion of applicable verification checks.

8.2 Voluntary Closure by Player

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting jilix7's customer support team. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, jilix7 will process the request within five (5) business days. Any remaining balance, after settlement of any outstanding bets and subject to applicable verification requirements, will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method.

Intellectual Property

All content on the jilix7 Platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, text, images, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of jilix7 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without jilix7's express prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilix7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

jilix7 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption or error at all times. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, third-party service disruptions, and circumstances beyond jilix7's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform. jilix7's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms operates to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by Philippine law.

Responsible Gaming

jilix7 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We recognize that while the vast majority of players enjoy gaming as a form of entertainment, a small number may develop problematic gambling behaviors. jilix7 takes its duty of care seriously and provides the following tools and safeguards:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a cooling-off period of at least seven (7) days.

Amendments to These Terms

jilix7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they affect players' rights, obligations, or the core terms of the gaming relationship — jilix7 will provide registered players with not less than seven (7) days' advance notice of the changes via email or in-platform notification.

Non-material changes, such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of existing terms, or updates required to comply with new legal or regulatory requirements, may take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between a player and jilix7, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through jilix7's internal complaints and dispute resolution process, as described in Section 15 below. If the dispute cannot be resolved through this process within thirty (30) days of the complaint being lodged, either party may refer the matter to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause prevents jilix7 from applying to any court for interim or injunctive relief to protect its legitimate interests pending the outcome of the dispute resolution process.
